The Whitecliff Waterfront Condo is an ideal vacation home with a spectacular view and a covered boat slip. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views and easy access to many recreational opportunities as part of this community. This privately-owned home offers 1,279 sq ft of living space, and is available for families or small groups, limited to 6 adults. The Whitecliff Condominiums boast spectacular views of Lake Travis, a pool, 12 seat Jacuzzi, and an extensive lakefront deck. The units are tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchens that include dinnerware, cookware, and coffee makers. Linens and bath towels are provided, and housekeeping is available upon request. Each unit comes with one assigned covered parking space, and there is guest parking available in the uncovered area. Furthermore, each condo has an assigned boat slip with parking for PWCs on the shoreside of the walkways. Boats are limited to 26 feet and launching is available at Briarcliff Marina or Pace Bend Park. It is important to note that pontoon boats are not permitted.
