This private estate is located on the South Shore of Lake Travis, near Briarcliff Marina and Pace Bend Park, with a convenient 20-minute drive to the Lakeway or Marble Falls area. A boat slip with lift is available for guests to use at Briarcliff Marina, and there is ample parking for boat and jet ski trailers. Please note that due to low lake levels, the boat dock located on the property is currently unavailable. The estate comfortably accommodates two families and is perfect for relaxing BBQ dinners on the expansive covered lakeside patios and outdoor grill, or in the fully stocked kitchen with cooktop and oven. The Master Suite includes a king-size bed, a 40" Smart TV, and a sitting area. The luxurious Master Bath features a double vanity, a walk-in double glass block shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The Guest Room has a king-size bed, a 40" Smart TV, and a full bath. The large open living area has a full fold-out sofa bed for kids or a single adult, and there is additional sleeping space on a futon bed. All necessary appliances are available, including a Keurig coffee maker with kcups, a toaster, cookware, and dinnerware. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. The large TV and sound system offer entertainment for the family room, which opens up to a fully equipped kitchen with three separate open dining areas. Guests can enjoy a formal dining table seating 8, a kitchen bar great for additional casual seating or food service/buffet, and a breakfast table. Please note that guests must sign and agree to the waiver and rental agreement before entering the property.
